Our product is designed with a small learning curve so that users can quickly and easily get up and running. To get started with our product, all we need is a list of users who need access to the platform and your student-athlete’s rosters. Once we have this information, we can set up your account and get you up and running in as little as 30 minutes. Our Customer Success Team will guide you through the setup process and provide any support you need along the way. We’ve designed our platform to be intuitive and user-friendly, so you can start using it right away without a lot of training or technical expertise.
We assign a dedicated account manager (AM) to each client. Your AM will be available to answer any questions and provide support throughout the onboarding process. The onboarding process is curated for each institution to meet your specific needs. In addition, we offer a library of training resources and are proud of our support team’s response rate (response time of less than 30 min in 2022!).

Yes, the entire application supports SSO using the SAML protocol for all users (admins, coaches, student-athletes, etc.). We will work closely with your IT department to configure SSO for your institution, which typically takes less than ten business days.
